What if I need to cancel?
We understand things happen! We are happy to work with you to reschedule your event for a more suitable time. Notify us in writing at your earliest convenience so we can best serve you
Is the deposit refundable?
Your deposit of 20% of the total price is non-refundable. For unplanned cancellations you can be refunded any additional payments for services and rentals that have not been rendered.
How far in advance should I book?
We welcome you at any time! Feel free to reach out whenever you're ready to discuss your event needs and vision. We are ready when you are and are happy to assist you.
Do you offer payment plans?
We sure do! We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your budget. We are committed to finding a plan that works best for you.
